Special Graduate Course Study Program (Department of French Literature and Language)

GRADUATE SPECIAL COURSE SYSTEM (Department of French Literature and Language)

The special graduate course enrollment system will be introduced in the 2010 academic year and will allow fourth-year undergraduate students who are aiming to go on to graduate school to take courses in Department of French Literature and Language of the Graduate Graduate School of Literature as "special graduate course enrollment students."

  • 01. Students enrolled in the fourth year of the Department of French Language and Literature, College of Literature of Letters, Aoyama Gakuin University, who have earned 108 or more credits by the end of their third year and whose GPA for departmental subjects (French language subjects and specialized subjects) is 2.60 or higher.
  • 02. Graduate School Subjects Special students may take up to 16 credits of graduate school subjects, and there is no registration fee (they do not count as undergraduate credits). Students may not take "Research Guidance Seminars" or courses taught by other departments or graduate schools.
  • 03. Graduate School Subjects If you enroll in Department of French Literature and Language in the future (within three years from the year of enrollment), the subjects you take as a special student will be recognized as graduate school credits, up to a maximum of 10 credits.
