Advancement
Regarding promotion to the next grade, the conditions vary depending on the faculty you belong to, so please check the promotion conditions for each faculty and department.

Students must be enrolled at Aoyama Gakuin University for at least four years (eight terms) (excluding periods of leave of absence), and must also be enrolled for at least one year (two terms) in their fourth year. Upon meeting these requirements and acquiring the necessary credits as determined by each faculty, graduates will be granted a bachelor's degree. Please note that graduation is not possible during periods of leave of absence.
*Graduation will take place in March of the fourth year, and the graduation announcement will be made in early March. Students must confirm their graduation status themselves. We do not accept inquiries by telephone.

September Graduation
If you meet the aforementioned graduation requirements, there is a system in place that allows you to graduate in September of your fourth year upon request.
1) Those who wish to graduate in September should consult with the academic affairs office at their campus and submit the "Request for Graduation in September" form within the designated period.
2) Submissions made after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3) For information regarding tuition fees, please contact Accounting Division of the Administrative Affairs Department Aoyama Gakuin University.
Graduation Deferral System
This system allows fourth-year students who have met the graduation requirements and have a clear reason and purpose for continuing their studies, such as a concrete plan to continue their studies or taking a national examination, to extend their period of enrollment and continue their education.
(1) Those who wish to do so should consult with the academic affairs office at their campus and submit the "Application for Permission to Postpone Graduation," "Study Plan," and "Pledge/Guarantee" within the designated period.
(2) Submissions made after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.
(3) For information regarding tuition fees, please contact Accounting Division of the Administrative Affairs Department Aoyama Gakuin University.
(4) Students who are eligible for the graduation deferral system must take at least one course within the limits approved by their faculty. However, they cannot take courses related to teacher training.
Completion of course (graduate school/ Professional Graduate Schools)
For the completion of the Master's Program, Doctoral Program, Integrated Doctoral Program, and Professional Degree Program, please check the completion requirements for each graduate school.
